A good initiative is the conference for young specialists. In total, young specialists from 32 economic entities arrived at the conference. The largest group was medical professionals – 16, followed by five employees of the joint-stock company “Lepelagroservice”, four each from JSC “Chareyshchina” and military unit 71327, and three each from Secondary School No. 4, vocational lyceum, college, and forestry enterprise.

The Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Nikolai Nikitin, congratulated the attendees on joining the ranks of the district's workforce. He informed them that the conference for young specialists is held annually. Its purpose is to introduce them to the attractions of the district, the institutions they will need to interact with during their lives and work, and to each other, so that they do not feel lonely or homesick for their native places. Innovative approaches to solving production issues are expected from yesterday's graduates.

After watching a documentary film about the Lepel region, the Head of the Civil Registry Office, Alena Belskaya, spoke to the young people about the work of the institution and invited them to formalise their marriages sooner.

The Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the District Executive Committee, Nikolai Pshonka, familiarised the specialists with housing construction and the procedure for providing service accommodation.

The Deputy Head of the Retail Business Department of the “Belarusbank” branch, Natalya, spoke about issuing loans to young specialists.

The topic of the presentation by the Director of “Kaaphandal”, Tatyana Mikhailovskaya, was trade services for the population. These include the organisation of celebrations, corporate parties, credit for goods purchase, crockery rental, home services by a cook, waiter, musical accompaniment for banquets, and pre-orders of goods for home delivery for village residents.

In the opinion of the Head of the Organisational and Personnel Work Department of the District Executive Committee, Vasily Polonsky, young specialists should think about career growth from the first days of their work, show initiative, and adopt a creative approach to performing their official duties. The best employees will be sent to the Academy of Management.
