The corresponding resolution of the Ministry of Health was officially published on December 13 on the National Legal Portal of Belarus, BelTA reports. Maximum permissible tariffs have been established for preventive and mandatory medical examinations for obtaining a medical certificate confirming the absence of contraindications for owning weapons, fitness for driving mechanical vehicles, self-propelled machinery, small vessels, as well as for other types of medical examinations and expert assessments carried out at the request of citizens. The prices for services included in the examination have increased by Br2-4 thousand. For example, if a therapist's examination previously cost Br5,500, it will now cost Br8,250; a neurologist - Br8,300 (instead of Br5,550); an ophthalmologist - Br9,050 (Br6,050); an otolaryngologist - Br8,150 (Br5,450). A visit to a surgeon will cost Br7,550 (instead of Br5,050); an obstetrician-gynecologist - Br14,550 (Br9,700); a urologist - Br10,100 (Br6,750); a phthisiatrician - Br9,750 (Br6,550); a psychiatrist-narcologist - Br10,200 (Br6,800). An examination by an infectious disease specialist will cost Br9,750 (instead of Br6,550); a dermatovenerologist - Br14,300 (Br9,550); an oncologist - Br13,100 (Br8,750); a dentist - Br10,850 (Br7,250). -0-
