A new wave of phone scammers has emerged, posing as representatives installing or replacing intercom systems. They call confidently, sometimes knowing the building address and entrance. They might say: "We need to confirm the application," "A new intercom code will arrive shortly," or "This is for master access."

Then comes the crucial part. They trick the victim into revealing codes from A1 Banking or SMS messages from other services, under the guise of "verification," "number linking," or "equipment activation." In reality, these codes are used to take out microloans in your name on third-party websites.

Remember:
— Intercom systems do not require banking codes, and codes from your bank will definitely NOT arrive via SMS;
— Utility services do not operate through messengers;
— Any code from an SMS equals access to your money and accounts.

If the conversation turns to codes, hang up without explanation. This will keep your wallet safe.
