"The governments of our countries are successfully and consistently implementing 28 Union programmes, which were approved on November 4 by the Supreme State Council," said Dmitry Mezentsev. "With a much smaller set of disputes and objections, the implementation is proceeding regarding the formation of a unified electricity market, the formation of approaches within a unified industrial policy, and agricultural policy. Instructions have been given to the central banks and are being successfully implemented, despite the extremely complex situation in the currency and securities markets. The social package has not been forgotten. And, of course, the support for much closer interaction on import substitution programmes, provided by the governments, is maximally effective."
