The event aims to enhance the investment attractiveness of the region and promote innovative projects and products, foster regional business in this area, and boost international cooperation. The Palace of Sports will host expositions of cities and district centres of the region; international specialised exhibitions will be held: "Innovative Developments and Innovative Products", "Energy and Resource Saving and Ecology", "Construction Industry. Innovations in Construction", "Integrated Agro-Industrial Structures" (with tasting), "Legprom-2017". Local producers of goods and services will be able to present them at a fair for promotion and sales to potential partners.
The business programme includes a plenary session, the XIV Republican Environmental Forum, business contact exchanges "Promising Scientific and Technical Developments and Innovative Development of the Region", the international scientific and practical conference "Energy Resource Saving-2017", and a section "SEZ as a Promising Platform for Attracting Foreign Investment".
The event format is considered most effective for presenting and discussing modern achievements in science, technology, and innovation, including in the field of energy saving and the use of renewable energy sources. It contributes to expanding cooperation, exchanging advanced scientific and technical developments and innovative projects, and attracting foreign investment to the Vitebsk region, according to the organisers.
