The XXI International Youth Camp "Be-La-Rus" will be held from July 26-29 in the Vitebsk region, BelTA was informed by the press service of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union". This year, the international camp will bring together 650 young people. Its theme will be cinema art. "Guests and participants will be able to learn more about cinema, try their hand at being camera operators and directors while creating a film about the camp, and attend specialised master classes," the BRYU reported. In addition, traditional creative contests and competitions in football, volleyball, and tug-of-war are planned. The programme also includes presentations of the activities of the participating associations: the BRYU, the Latvian Youth Progress Union, and the All-Russian Public Organisation "Russian Youth Union". Each year, one of these three youth associations hosts the camp. This year's "Be-La-Rus" is organised by the Latvian Youth Progress Union. The International Youth Camp "Be-La-Rus" is symbolically held at the junction of the borders of Belarus, Latvia, and Russia, near the Mound of Friendship, built in memory of the combat camaraderie of partisans from the three countries.-0-
