This decision is contained in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of Belarus of 20 December 2010 No. 1844, BELTA was informed by the Apparatus of the Council of Ministers. Also, this resolution establishes the hourly minimum wage at Br2710. The document is adopted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 17 July 2002 "On the Establishment and Procedure for Increasing the Minimum Wage". We remind you that the minimum wage in Belarus from 1 November 2010 was Br400 thousand, the hourly minimum wage - Br2360. The increase in the minimum wage contributes to strengthening the social protection of low-paid categories of workers in all organizations of economic sectors, regardless of ownership. The minimum wage is a state minimum social standard in the field of labor remuneration, ensuring social protection of workers in labor relations.-0-
