The Ministry of Taxes and Duties informs that for the purpose of timely implementation of goods marking with identification means, from 01.08.2025, the operator of the state information system for marking goods with unified control marks or identification means (hereinafter referred to as the marking system), RUE "Publishing House "Belblankavyd", has provided the opportunity to obtain Belarusian-standard identification means for marking non-alcoholic beverages and juices, as well as mobile phones, laptops (tablets), the mandatory marking of which with identification means commences from 01.10.2025 in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 29.07.2011 No. 1030 "On goods subject to marking" (as amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 25.11.2024 No. 877).
In this regard, we draw attention to the fact that the functionality for entering information about the marking of these commodity groups into the marking system, including regarding the remaining stocks of mobile phones, laptops (tablets), will be provided from 01.10.2025.
