The top ten most popular cities for tourist trips in autumn 2018 included Minsk, Astana (Kazakhstan), Baku (Azerbaijan), Yerevan (Armenia), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Almaty (Kazakhstan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Chisinau (Moldova), Dushanbe (Tajikistan), and Ashgabat (Turkmenistan).

Russian tourists spend from $30 to $80 per day on accommodation and food for autumn tours to CIS cities and countries. The most budget-friendly tours are chosen in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, while Astana and Baku lead for shopping and weekend tours.
