According to her, this is a large-scale event, which will involve all levels of the department - from the ministry to regional and city departments. Its goal is to promptly respond to emerging issues from the country's residents and provide them with qualified legal assistance.

At the ministry, the direct telephone line on social and labour issues will be conducted by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection Marianna Shchetkina. Questions, wishes and suggestions can be addressed to the Director of the Department of State Labour Inspection, the Manager of the Social Protection Fund of the Population and the heads of their regional structures, the chairpersons of the committees for labour, employment and social protection of regional executive committees, the Minsk City Executive Committee, and the heads of departments for labour, employment and social protection of district (city) executive committees.

The telephone numbers of the managers participating in the nationwide direct telephone line will be posted on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
