Colonel Mikhail Matrosov has been appointed Deputy Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence Forces of the Armed Forces of Belarus. Major General Dmitry Mikholap, who previously held this position, has been appointed Head of the General Staff Faculty of the Armed Forces – Deputy Head of the Belarusian Military Academy. The relevant decrees were signed on May 15 by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, as reported to BELTA by the Press Service of the Head of State.
