- How did you start your business?

- We acquired vacant premises of the former reinforced concrete products plant. We had to work hard to set up the production process for upholstered furniture.

- Production involves a number of components, primarily personnel.

- We hired willing individuals, one might say, from the street. We trained them at various enterprises in the republic. We acquired equipment, set up the equipment, and established connections with partners throughout the technological chain.

- Furniture production requires raw materials, in your case – wood…

- We buy timber, as they say, "on the stump". We develop the plots ourselves. We transport the timber to the enterprise. We have everything necessary for sawing and processing wood. We have our own boiler room for drying. By the way, it runs on wood waste. There is enough heat.

- We have our own shops. Our furniture is in demand in the Vitebsk region. We satisfy customer orders. Product stocks do not accumulate in the warehouse.

- Do you plan to expand?

- You cannot stand still in business; competitors will win. To avoid this, you need to constantly work on quality, update products considering consumer demand, and reduce their cost.

- "Lepelski Krai" announced a recruitment for machine operators. It is interesting to know – how many employees are at the enterprise?

- Around 50.

- I graduated from Polotsk University – an engineer-designer. I also acquired a specialty as a manager-economist.

- You are rushing to Minsk on business matters. May I visit the workshops?
