From September 23 to October 15, the nationwide campaign "Youth for Safety" is being held, timed to coincide with the anniversary of the establishment of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers-Firefighters.
In the first stage of the preventive campaign, activists of the BYPAOFRF and employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will visit large families, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and elderly people living alone to provide patronage assistance. The youth labor contingent will provide feasible assistance in firewood preparation, yard cleaning, and installation of autonomous fire alarms.
In the second stage, members of the BYPAOFRF will visit general education institutions with an entertainment and educational program: quizzes, contests, presentations about the activities of the BYPAOFRF, and the presentation of the "Young Rescuer" magazine.
In the third stage, young rescuers-firefighters at the I.M. Yerashov Gymnasium will perform creative numbers for their peers, conduct contests, and quizzes.
