What privileges await a young specialist at the workplace? Can they count on a preferential loan, and how can housing problems be solved? A recent graduate has more than one question. Young specialists were able to get competent answers to them at the traditional gathering in the RDC.

Military personnel, medics, teachers – out of 125 graduates, representatives of these professions arrived in Lepel the most by assignment.

Today's young specialists have gone through a "baptism of fire": they have half a year of work experience behind them. Representatives of the leading services of the city explained how to resolve the problems they have encountered. At the entrance to the hall, young specialists received a memo that briefly and concisely touched upon the main areas of life - from the legislative framework regulating labor activities to the activities of the PRYSM (Belarusian Republican Youth Union). It also contained useful contacts.

Improvements in professional activities and career growth, – wished the young specialists the Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Nikolai Nikitin.
The Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the District Executive Committee, Nikolai Pshonka, answered what to expect in resolving the issue of housing construction, loans, and contract terms.

The Deputy Head of the Retail Business Department of OJSC "ASB Belarusbank", Natalia Nosik, spoke about the provision of preferential loans for up to 15 years, according to lists approved by the District Executive Committee.

The Head of the Department for Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the District Executive Committee, Vasily Ravovoy, advised young specialists to pay attention to the correctness of concluding contracts, familiarize themselves with the procedure for professional development, and also monitor the payment of starting allowances.

In turn, the Head of the Civil Registry Office, Elena Belskaya, advised young people to be careful when breaking off relationships. Those who have decided to register their marriage this year should hurry: preliminary bookings are already being taken for October. By the way, for those who have decided to get married, Elena Konstantinovna offers an outdoor ceremony as an alternative to the usual registration.

“How to occupy your free time?” - for young specialists in a small town, this can also be a problem. One of its solutions was suggested by the Chairperson of the district organization of the NGO "BRSM", Tatyana Shcherbach. By the way, out of 1657 members of the district organization today, more than half are military personnel and working youth.

The Director of the Physical Culture and Recreation Centre, Rimantas Stripeikis, advocated for active leisure for young specialists. He emphasized that there are 48 groups at the Centre, with 26 of them involving adults. The Deputy Head of the Department of Ideological Work, Culture and Youth Affairs, Tamara Barokha, suggested diversifying leisure activities with cultural pursuits.

The evening was not only useful but also fun: the staff of the RDC lifted everyone's spirits with their performance. After the rally, young specialists were able to receive the necessary consultations. In turn, in an anonymous questionnaire, they shared the problems they had encountered. The results of this study will be used by the district executive committee to improve work with young specialists.
