Inspectors from the Supervision and Prevention Department of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations, together with an employee from the Licensing and Product/Service Supervision Department for Fire Safety of the Vitebsk Regional Department for Emergency Situations, conducted a monitoring of UP "Vitebsk Enterprise of Fire Safety Works" of RGOO "BDPO" to ensure compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and legal acts during the technical maintenance and repair of the automatic fire alarm system.

Based on the results of the monitoring, recommendations for eliminating identified violations of fire safety legislation were sent to the director of UP "Vitebsk Enterprise of Fire Safety Works" of RGOO "BDPO". Consultative assistance was also provided in ensuring fire safety at the facility. An informational letter was sent to the customer regarding the allocation of budget funds for ensuring fire safety at cultural facilities, specifically to replace faulty batteries.
Presentations were also held in the work collectives of the Culture Department of Lepel District and UP "Vitebsk Enterprise of Fire Safety Works" of RGOO "BDPO" regarding compliance with fire safety requirements at assigned facilities and in everyday life.
