The Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted monitoring of the licensee UP "Vitebsk PPR" RGOO "BDPO", which provides technical maintenance of the fire alarm system at the facilities: GUO "Gymnasium named after I.M. Erashov of Lepel" and GUO "Secondary School No. 1 of Lepel".
The Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted monitoring of the licensee UP "Vitebsk PPR" RGOO "BDPO", which provides technical maintenance of the fire alarm system at the facilities: GUO "Gymnasium named after I.M. Erashov of Lepel" and GUO "Secondary School No. 1 of Lepel".
During the work carried out at the facility GUO "Secondary School No. 1 of Lepel", no violations were detected. However, at the facility "Gymnasium named after I.M. Erashov of Lepel", there were violations of TKP 316-2011 "System of technical maintenance and repair of automated fire alarm systems, smoke protection systems, fire alarm systems, fire notification and evacuation control systems. Organization and procedure for carrying out work", namely: the system is not maintained in a working and serviceable condition (during the check of the system's operability on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors, the "EXIT" light signs are not working).
The monitoring showed that the servicing organisation is not adequately maintaining the automatic fire alarm system at the facility "Gymnasium named after I.M. Erashov of Lepel". Following the results of the monitoring, recommendations for the elimination of identified violations were handed over to the head of UP "Vitebsk PPR" RGOO "BDPO".
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organisations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organisations.
