Monitoring of the Educational Institution "Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College"

In July, the Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring visit to the educational institution "Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College".

In July, the Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring visit to the educational institution "Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College".

During the monitoring visit, it was established that the educational institution "Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College" does not fully comply with the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire, and the general requirements for ensuring fire safety at the facility.

Evacuation plans for fire or other emergency situations, as well as instructions on fire safety rules compliance, were practiced with the staff.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organisations are responsible for ensuring fire safety and the fire prevention regime in their respective organisations.
