During the aforementioned work, the following violations were identified upon visiting the buildings and structures of the "Lepel Central Regional Hospital" healthcare institution:

Polyclinic and Hospital Building of the "Lepel Central Regional Hospital" healthcare institution, Lepel, Gospitalnaya St., 2:

- The secretary (unit of the maintenance and service personnel), Larisa Yanovna Buevich, is unaware of fire safety requirements (action plan in case of fire) (Clause 6 of the Fire Safety Rules);

- Employees who are members of the fire brigade and employees involved in the implementation of the fire evacuation plan are not fully equipped with self-rescuers (Clause 8 of Resolution No. 561);

- evacuation exit doors are not equipped with locks that allow them to be opened freely from the inside without a key in the Clinical Diagnostics Laboratory department, haemodialysis department, medical ward, Central Sterilisation Unit department, intensive care unit, operating theatre, operating room No. 1, and gynaecology department (Clause 48 of the Fire Safety Rules);

- evacuation routes and emergency exits are not fully marked with fire safety signs as required by technical regulations and legal acts in the haemodialysis department (Clause 44 of the Fire Safety Rules).
