Monitoring of buildings and structures in June

The Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations reports that in June, department employees conducted inspections at: OJSC "LepelAgroService" and the "Svetofor" store of OOO "MosProduktServis".

During the aforementioned work, the following violations were identified upon visiting the buildings and structures:

OJSC "LepelAgroService":

Administrative Building

- the fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements of Appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations No. 82;

Repair and Mechanical Workshops

- the buildings are not equipped with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing means.

MTF Kazinshchina

- the operability and serviceability of fire extinguishing means (fire extinguishers) are not ensured (lack of pressure);

- a category indicator is not posted on the exterior of the doors (gates) of buildings classified by explosion and fire hazard;

- the fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements of Appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations No. 82;

MTF Staroye Lyadno

- finishing of walls and ceilings made of materials with unconfirmed fire hazard indicators has been used on evacuation routes;

- external evacuation doors are not equipped with locks that allow them to be opened freely from the inside without a key;

- the fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements of Appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations No. 82 (Clause 45 of the OTPB);

- the operability and serviceability of fire extinguishing means (fire extinguishers) are not ensured (damaged nozzle, expired recharge date);

- the buildings are not equipped with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing means.

a category indicator is not posted on the exterior of the doors (gates) of buildings classified by explosion and fire hazard.

No fire safety violations were identified at the "Svetofor" stores of OOO "MosProduktServis".

In buildings equipped with a fire alarm system, a check of the system's serviceability and operability was carried out together with representatives of the servicing organizations. No violations were identified during this work.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations within their respective organizations.
