- timely registration of vehicles and passing state technical inspection are mandatory.
It is unacceptable for individuals without a driving license of the appropriate category to drive motorcycle transport. Furthermore, when riding a motorcycle, one must always assess the road situation and take all necessary actions to ensure safety.
