In accordance with sub-paragraph 109.3 of paragraph 109 of the Rules for conducting fishing and fishery, commercial and recreational fishing is prohibited using spearing devices, lighting devices, firearms or pneumatic weapons (with the exception of spearguns and/or spearpistols), fishing gear whose operating principles are based on the use of electromagnetic fields, ultrasound, and other fishing gear whose use is not permitted by the Rules. Consequently, the use of flashlights during underwater hunting is prohibited, regardless of the circumstances.
