Payment of rent is made by individuals independently based on land lease agreements and (or) additional agreements thereto concluded with them by local executive committees.

The deadline for rent payment for 2024 is no later than November 15, 2024.

The amount of rent payable is indicated in the land lease agreement.

Failure to pay or incomplete payment of rent entails liability established by legislation for non-payment or incomplete payment of taxes, duties (fees).
