A road traffic accident can be registered under the European protocol if: - no harm to life or health has been caused; - only two vehicles are involved in the accident; - no damage has been caused to property other than vehicles; - both parties to the accident have their vehicles insured; - the drivers involved in the incident have the right to drive a vehicle (the vehicle owner is not required to have a driving license if their car was parked); - the amount of damage caused does not exceed 800 euros for each participant; - the parties to the accident have no disagreements regarding the circumstances of the incident; - the persons driving the vehicles are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs; - the party at fault for the accident admits their guilt.
