  The Great October Revolution, which radically changed the life of the Lepel region, ushering in a new era. The establishment of the first collective farms and the construction of the railway, which transformed the appearance of the region. The opening of the pedagogical college and the collective farm-state farm theatre, which had a significant impact on the development of culture and education.

  During this challenging period, the people of Lepel demonstrated incredible resilience and perseverance. Despite the difficulties, they worked tirelessly, mastered new professions, and contributed to the future of their land. We are proud of their achievements and strive to be worthy of their legacy.
