The preventive campaign is designed to draw public attention to the issue of ensuring child safety and to increase the level of responsibility of parents and drivers.
During the campaign, vehicles must travel with their low beam headlights or daytime running lights switched on during daylight hours. A series of preventive events for children and adolescents are planned. Special attention will be focused on explanatory work with adults.
On average, 60% of minors sustain injuries in road traffic accidents from May to September.
We remind parents: transport children in a car only using special restraint systems that correspond to the child's height and weight, and teach them road safety rules by personal example.
