Preventive events dedicated to World AIDS Day were held in educational institutions and work collectives of Lepel region.

Thus, at the G.K. Zhukov Borovskaya Secondary School of Lepel District, the event was called "Red Ribbon".

  The aim is to draw schoolchildren's attention to the problem of AIDS and provide practical advice on HIV transmission routes and on tolerant attitudes towards people with HIV. A meeting with the doctor's assistant of the Borovskaya AMCP was also organized.

  December 1 is marked on the calendar as the day of the fight against AIDS, and the red ribbon has become a symbol of this struggle.
