A meeting of the Coordination Council of public associations and political parties of Lepel district was held today at the district executive committee.

One of the agenda items was the inclusion of new members in the Coordination Council.

  Next, the main topic for discussion among Lepel residents was the election campaign for the President of the Republic of Belarus.

  Svetlana Shevelyova, Head of the Ideological Work and Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee, reminded that the collection of signatures for the nomination of candidates for the President of Belarus is ongoing in the country.

  This stage will last until December 6 inclusive. Pre-election campaigning will begin on January 1, 2025. Early voting will be possible from January 21 to 25. The Presidential elections of Belarus are scheduled for January 26.
