Creative teams from the branches "Domzheritsky SCC", "Kamensky SCC", "Staysky SCC", and "Slobodskoy CC&D" took part in the review.
Participants from all rural Houses of Culture and Centers of Culture and Leisure, without exception, prepared bright and memorable performances. An exhibition area "Boundless Fantasy" was also open.
