At the "Basseyn" Physical Culture and Health Center, the Lepel District Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BRSM), in conjunction with the Department of Sports and Tourism, held a swimming competition titled "Youth Swim".

The competition was attended by young people working in organizations, enterprises, and institutions of the Lepel district.

Athletes competed in individual freestyle races. In addition, there was a separate relay swimming event. - For every swimmer, the competition is of great importance: the athlete analyzes their results and level of preparation, - noted Roman Zhernousek, the competition judge. - For coaches, the competitions are a good opportunity to identify shortcomings in order to correct them later. But most importantly, such events bring people closer, provide a lot of positive emotions and motivation for further work, - emphasized Roman.

Winners and prize-winners were awarded medals and diplomas.
