A practical training session on the organisation of evacuation measures, the deployment of reception centres for temporarily displaced populations, and the operation of reception and accommodation groups for temporarily displaced populations was held at the Lepel Agricultural and Technical College and the State Enterprise "Zhemchuzhina" Children's Rehabilitation and Health Centre.

The main theme of the training was the organisation and implementation of measures to prepare the centre for the reception and accommodation of temporarily displaced populations from zones of potential natural and man-made emergencies in peacetime and wartime, as well as the practical actions of the centre's administration according to its purpose.

For this purpose, reception and accommodation groups, an information desk, a medical post, a public order security group, and a psychologist's room were deployed.
