A seminar on the organization of ideological work in work collectives was held at the Lepel Children's Art School for the ideological asset of the district.

At the beginning of the event, the Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, Veronika Khombak, introduced the attendees to the exhibition of Belarusian mythology, the idea of creating which belongs to her and the teachers of the Children's Art School.

  Then, in her welcoming speech, Veronika Aleksandrovna noted that there are no trifles in ideological work, and it is important to create a favourable microclimate in the work collective and foster responsibility in each employee.

  The seminar participants learned how the main directions of republican programmes are implemented in practice at the Children's Art School and the UP "Lepel Agricultural Enterprise", how a manager should work with personnel, what the functions of an ideologist include, and how to attract young people to public affairs.

  "Presidential Elections of the Republic of Belarus: the Future Depends on Us" - Svetlana Sheveleva, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the District Executive Committee, spoke on this topic.
