The focus is on employment, self-employment, retraining in in-demand professions, and efforts to remove citizens from the list of economically inactive individuals.

"The commission's work is structured to ensure that state bodies maximally facilitate the employment of all citizens. Our common goal is to create conditions and provide real assistance to everyone who needs it," Chairman of the commission Igor Urban noted to those present.

An individual approach became the key principle in the commission's work. Each situation was considered separately, without template solutions. Specific employment options were offered to unemployed citizens registered with the commission. At the same time, it was noted that the primary role in solving the unemployment problem lies with the individual themselves.
