The State Automobile Inspectorate urges all road users to be extremely attentive! Drivers are strongly advised to choose the safest speed and distance, monitor the situation around them using mirrors, remember to check them before changing lanes, and avoid risky manoeuvres. When approaching pedestrian crossings, consider that cyclists and users of personal mobility devices may cross without dismounting.

Pedestrians should walk on pavements, pedestrian or cycle paths, or on the verge if these are unavailable. In the dark, it is mandatory to make yourself visible with reflective elements.

Motorcyclists must observe the established speed limits, monitor the situation using mirrors, be cautious when changing lanes, and anticipate the actions of others. They must ride with their low beam headlights on, and both the rider and passenger must wear fastened motorcycle helmets.

Drivers of personal mobility devices should remember: in the city, the speed limit is 10 km/h (except when riding on cycle paths and the edge of the carriageway). Outside the city, the speed limit is up to 25 km/h. Also, consider the weight: if your scooter weighs more than 35 kg, you cannot ride it on the pavement; riding is only permitted on cycle paths.

Cyclists and drivers of personal mobility devices are obliged to cross the carriageway on foot, pushing their vehicle alongside, except in places where dismounting is permitted according to the traffic rules.
