The agricultural workers of Lepel district are keeping pace, confidently driving their combine harvesters. The field has a special scent – of bread, sun, and fresh stubble… Both the grain growers and the concerned residents of Lepel are anticipating: who will be the next to cross the thousand-tonne mark in grain harvesting and transportation?

And today, excellent news arrived: Lepel region has its third thousand-tonne harvester. This is Oleg Burakovsky, senior combine harvester operator of KUPSHP "Lepelskoe".

To congratulate the young man on such a harvest directly in the field, the head of the district, Mikhail Kiselevich, the chairperson of the district trade union organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Agricultural Workers, Natalia Monchik, as well as specialists from the Department of Agriculture and Food of the District Executive Committee, and the enterprise management arrived.

Undoubtedly, a thousand-tonne combine harvester operator is a great pride for the entire district, and first and foremost, for the enterprise's team, - Mikhail Kiselevich noted during the celebration. — Today, you, esteemed workers of the grain field, face a responsible task: to work as quickly as possible during the harvest, to gather the crop qualitatively and on time. The main thing is to prevent losses, to maximally engage all reserves, to ensure a high level of work organization, labor, and technological discipline.

We are proud of our guys, we value them. They are the best! And they have proven it once again, - added Natalia Monchik.

Also today, Nikolai Gutnik, a driver from KUPSHP "Lepelskoe", who has already transported over 2000 tonnes of grain during the harvest season, was awarded. The honorary certificate was presented to the young man by the head of the farm, Roman Misnik.
