During traffic safety supervision, State Automobile Inspectorate officers daily identify and prevent violations of the rules for stopping and parking vehicles, especially in designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities.
Since the beginning of the year, approximately 8.5 thousand drivers have been brought to administrative responsibility for violating clause 147 of the Traffic Regulations.Recently, among social media users, it has become popular to film violations of the Rules and post content on their TikTok accounts for the sake of hype. Police officers conduct constant monitoring of the internet space, during which offenders are identified and held accountable.
In turn, in the capital, traffic police officers actively use the capabilities of the Republican Public Security Monitoring System to identify such violations. Checks are carried out for all incidents, the identities of offenders are established, and administrative measures are applied to them.

We remind citizens: persons with disabilities of groups I and II, as well as persons with disabilities of group III with musculoskeletal disorders, or persons transporting them, as well as those transporting children with disabilities, may park in parking spaces for persons with disabilities. In this case, the mandatory condition is the presence of the "Invalid" identification mark on the vehicle in the front and rear.
The State Automobile Inspectorate urges drivers to show courtesy and respect to other road users, especially to people with disabilities, and to strictly adhere to the Traffic Regulations.
