They were satisfied. They saw that the old building had been completely demolished, utilities connected, and the foundation laid. Thus, the obligations undertaken by our side have been fulfilled. The German colleagues reported that fundraising for the construction of the facility is proceeding successfully in Germany. In the very first month of this year, more funds were raised than in the previous one. They noted that they have the capacity to fulfil their part of the obligations.
A charity fundraising event among the public was held in Germany. People are very fond of the project and respond willingly. For instance, one woman who had previously sponsored fifty euros found the opportunity to spend a thousand euros this time. Others who had not previously participated in the campaign are also joining in. Recently, a new benefactor donated fifty euros.
In July-August of this year, volunteers and specialists from Germany will arrive at the site. Volunteers from Lepel district, including people with disabilities, will also be involved. Construction will be carried out in two stages. Up to thirty people will participate in each stage.
