For several years now, a tourist rally has been held on the shore of Lake Lyusinets, attended by healthcare institutions of the Vitebsk region, as well as medics from Smolensk.

For several years now, a tourist rally has been held on the shore of Lake Lyusinets, attended by healthcare institutions of the Vitebsk region, as well as medics from Smolensk. This year, 23 teams showcased their sporting skills, ingenuity, and artistry at the event. We came on this day to support the teams from the Lepel district. The first team included employees of the Lepel Regional Psychiatric Hospital, while the second team consisted of employees from the Lepel Central District Hospital and the Republican Children's Rehabilitation and Health Centre "Zhemchuzhina".

Participants of the tourist rally had to undergo a series of challenges. These included a competition for tourist living conditions, a sports relay, first aid provision, competitions for the fastest tent setup, amateur arts, a newspaper competition, and more.

- We prepared for the rally with responsibility, - says Natalia Sarzheuskaya, Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee of the Lepel Central District Hospital. - We worked well on the performance script, created an emblem, and distributed the team members' responsibilities. For example, our team captain is surgeon Alexey Prokofiev, and the young chef from "Zhemchuzhina", Artyom Nosik, cooks for us. Our team also includes Chief Physician Alexander Pishchulenok, Director of the State Enterprise DRC "Zhemchuzhina" Vera Zakrevskaya, Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee of "Zhemchuzhina" Tatyana Murzina, Head of the HR Department of the healthcare institution "Lepel Central District Hospital" Galina Tsyganova, pharmacist Marina Zarovkina, cashier of the Central District Hospital Tatyana Lashutova, and other employees.

The teams from our district successfully passed a series of tests and coped with the assigned tasks. However, the most important thing is the boost of excellent mood and pleasant impressions gained in the embrace of nature.
