The main New Year's tree in the region is being installed on Victory Square in Vitebsk.

The installation of the region's main New Year tree is actively underway at Victory Square in Vitebsk. This year, the festive fir tree will be approximately 35 metres high. Around 300 green trees will be used in its decoration. The fir trees will be adorned with a multitude of diverse golden and burgundy baubles, numbering over 1200. A fairytale atmosphere will be created by numerous lights (1.5 km of LED garlands).
