On March 20 at 18:04, the rescue service received a report of a house fire on Chapaev Street in Lepel.
Upon arrival at the scene, dense smoke was observed in the single-story wooden house. In the burning room, the Ministry of Emergency Situations workers found the owner unconscious. Rescuers carried him out into the fresh air and handed him over to medics. The man has been hospitalised.
