At the recent Conscript Day ceremony, 46 conscripts, who will soon join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Belarus, were presented with call-up papers in the main hall of the RDC.
The call-up papers were presented by military commissar Lieutenant Colonel Vasily Shapko, and the young men were blessed for service by priest Vladimir Dogodko. Traditionally, many Lepel residents are conscripted into the Special Operations Forces, Internal Affairs Troops, and Border Troops.
