A collection point for mercury-containing waste has been organised in the Lepel district.

Based on the Minutes of the Extraordinary Commission for Emergency Situations (KChS) under the Lepel District Executive Committee No. 8/2016 dated 17.10.2016, a reception point for mercury-containing waste in the form of lamps and thermometers from the public has been organised within the territory of Lepel District. This point is located at: 26a Ulianka St., Lepel. The operating hours of the reception point are from 8:00 to 17:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00. The person responsible for receiving mercury-containing waste from the public is the Head of the Energy Unit of KUPP "Borovka", whose office is located at: 93/1 Kalinin St., Lepel.
