A new line for manufacturing axle components will be launched in 2023 at the Vitebsk Tractor Spare Parts Plant, which is part of the Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ).
MTZ explained that for this purpose, it is planned to purchase four two-spindle CNC turning centers, as well as a facing and turning grinding machine, an automatic welding machine, and a screw compressor by mid-year.
"The technology will enable the production of axle components used in the manufacturing of tractors with a power output ranging from 50 to 100 horsepower. The line is scheduled to reach its designed capacity in December 2023," the press service reported.
