The agenda included consideration of requests from educational institutions to recognize minors as being in a socially dangerous situation (SDS) and in need of state protection, as well as materials on the execution of previously issued resolutions on recognition in SDS, and materials on facts of administrative offenses committed by minors.
Each case is unique, but they are all united by one thing: children need attention, support, and clear boundaries, which adults must provide.
At the meeting of the commission for juvenile affairs of the district executive committee, the situation of children in the family and juvenile delinquency were again considered.
