Applications are now open for the XXXVIII Open Festival of Author's Song, Poetry, and Visual Arts "Vitebsky Listopad", which will take place from 24 to 27 October 2024 in the city of Vitebsk.
Performers and creative groups are invited to participate in the competition programme in the nominations "Author's Song", "Poetry", and "Visual Arts" in various age categories from 6 years and older. Applications for participation in the festival are accepted until 23 September 2024.
