Four horticultural associations have been established in the Lepel region. "Vostochnoye", "Zdorovye" and "Borovinka" form a single dacha community near the villages of Glybochytsa, Zhartsyanyki, Borovna and the lakes Glybochytsa, Borovna, Nyulya. "Remontnik" is located near the villages of Zvyazda, Poplavki and Lake Teklits.
"Zdorovye", which has 149 plots, is managed by Dina Belousova. The chairperson of the "Vostochnoye" association with 111 plots is Alexander Khomyakov. "Borovinka" includes 69 plots (chairperson Nina Tkachonok), and "Remontnik" has 59 plots (chairperson Vladimir Serada).
All horticultural associations have vacant or abandoned plots that can be allocated to the public for collective gardening. "Zdorovye" has eight such plots, measuring 10-11 ares, and "Remontnik" has seven plots (9-15 ares). "Vostochnoye" and "Borovinka" each have one land plot of 10 ares.
To obtain a plot in a horticultural association, you need to submit an application to its chairperson, and then to the land management service of the district executive committee.
Specialists from the State Unitary Enterprise "Design Institute "Vitebskgiprozem" conduct land management work in two stages. Land allocation will cost the future user 245 thousand rubles, and boundary installation will cost 181 thousand rubles.
It is not mandatory to build a structure on the acquired plot. It is sufficient to cultivate the land and not let it become neglected.
According to Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 350 of June 26, 2009, a plot in a horticultural association must be registered by January 1, 2012, and documentation for the right to use it must be obtained. To do this, you need to contact the land management service of the district executive committee. Failure to comply with this requirement will be grounds for confiscation of the land plot.
