An information and propaganda group, led by Svetlana Anyshko, Head of the District Executive Committee's Finance Department, visited the staff of the Banking Services Centre No. 206 of OJSC "Belpromstroybank" BPS Sberbank.
During her address to those present, Svetlana Dmitrievna noted that 2012 has been declared the Year of Healthcare in the Vitebsk region. This year, a significant portion of the district budget funds is being directed towards strengthening the material and technical base of healthcare institutions. Much has been accomplished in the past year. 350 million rubles were allocated for the modernization of the infectious diseases department at the Lepel Central District Hospital healthcare facility, repairs were carried out in the operating room and several wards of the gynaecology department, and windows and doors were replaced there.
Tamara Duzh, Chief Economist of the Lepel District Consumer Union, spoke about the work of trade enterprises. Viktor Shalaev, Chief Engineer of the Lepel Housing and Communal Services Unitary Enterprise, informed attendees about the enterprise's activities in landscaping, laying heating networks on city streets, and other works. Alexander Ispenkov, Propaganda Inspector of the Lepel Regional Department for Emergency Situations, spoke about the organisation of fire safety work. Marina Inozemtseva, Deputy Head of the District Executive Committee's Department for Labour, Employment, and Social Protection, discussed the specifics of pension accrual. Igor Salamakha, Deputy Head of the District Electric Communication Node, spoke about the development of interactive television in the district and the use of advanced technologies. Lyudmila Khanyak, Deputy Chief Physician for Outpatient and Polyclinic Work at the Central District Hospital, spoke about the development of medical services in our district.
After the presentations by representatives of all services, the staff of the Banking Services Centre addressed the information providers with pressing questions. The first question was as follows:
