The Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus Inspectorate for the Vitebsk Region draws citizens' attention to the functioning of the internet service "Taxpayer's Personal Account for Individuals".

Using this service is the most convenient way for taxpayers and tax authorities to communicate.

 A range of electronic services are provided through this service, including: 

  1. Obtaining documents (e.g., information on debts and overpayments, notices for payment of land tax and property tax; transport tax, personal income tax, etc.).
  2. Filling out tax returns, including those for personal income tax.
  3. Direct payment of taxes using internet banking of Belarusbank, Belgazprombank, Alphabank, Belinvestbank, and Priorbank.
  4. Submitting applications and notifications.
  5. Obtaining information about a citizen's property (vehicles and real estate). 

Thus, if citizens are not registered as users of the "Taxpayer's Personal Account for Individuals" service, they can access it using a login and password in two ways: 

    •  in person at any tax authority (a passport or residence permit in the Republic of Belarus must be presented);
    •  via the website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties (www.nalog.gov.by) by identification using the Interbank Identification System (IBS).
