The Ministry of Taxes and Duties informs that from January 1, 2023, an additional special tax regime "Professional Income Tax" is introduced, for the application of which an individual is obliged to use a digital platform – the "Professional Income Tax" application ("ProfDohod") (software of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties) using a smartphone or computer (including a tablet) connected to the Internet.
An individual wishing to switch to the application of the professional income tax is obliged before commencing activities:
- to install the "ProfDohod" mobile application on their smartphone or tablet, or use the Web version of the application;
- to inform the tax authority through the "ProfDohod" application about the application of the professional income tax.
