The decree aligns the funding amounts for the measures of the State Programme "Ensuring the Functioning and Development of the National Environmental Monitoring System in the Republic of Belarus for 2011-2015" with the Law "On the Republican Budget for 2014". For these purposes, funds have been reallocated between specific programme measures, and the quantity of acquired equipment has been optimised.
