A new "side hustle" for the trusting – earning money by writing reviews. They write in messengers politely and convincingly: "Nothing complicated, just place an order and leave a review – we'll pay." Sounds harmless? Here's the trap.
The scheme works like this: You are sent a link to a product and asked to place an order at a specific pickup point. The money for the product is yours. Then the "employer" asks for the code to receive the product, supposedly to verify that the order was placed. As soon as the code is sent – the product is taken by fraudsters.No reward, no product. In the best case, you simply lose money. In the worst case, they try to scam you further: "you need to pay a commission," "you can get a refund through support," "confirm your identity."
Remember: the code from an SMS or app = the key to your money. Give it away – and you open the door to fraudsters.
